“Road Warrior” Litter Clean-Up

  • Village Store & Gas Station Parking Lot 76 Village Way Port Ludlow, WA, 98365 United States (map)

Join your LGBTQ+ Port Ludlow neighbors for the Road Warriors Clean Up on Oak Bay Road!

We are set to do our road cleaning on Wednesday, June 28th!

We will meet up at the North side of the Village Store/Gas Station parking lot, at 10:30 AM.

Safety vests, trash bags and grabber tools will be provided by the county, along with cautionary signage for the roadside. Gloves and sturdy shoes are recommended. PPL t-shirts and rainbow scarves are always welcome! We will split into two or three groups, each cleaning roughly a mile and back (of Oak Bay Road from MP8 to MP10) and then meeting back at the starting point.

Clean-up should be completed by around Noon and then we will gather for celebratory food and drinks at El Molcajete Mexican Grill, just South of the Village Store.

This involves roughly two miles of walking so dress casually for road clean-up work and picking up litter. Bring your own gloves.

Declaring Victory over Litter!
